What is the Jury Book?
The Jury Book is a compilation of valuable data for civil and criminal trial attorneys to use in selecting their jury. The Jury Book includes political information with campaign contributions, property ownership with parcel characteristics, and employment & education history. Civil litigation information and Criminal case history is only included in the Jury Book Plus.


How much is the Jury Book?
The cost for the Jury Book is a reasonable fee per case. Please contact our office for further information 831.458.6413

Do I get the Jury Book information on all the jurors for my case? 
 The majority of Jury Books that we process have a total number of between 50 to 70 prospective jurors per case. The fee covers a case for  up to 90 prospective jurors. 

What if I have more than 90 Jurors?
For each 75 names above 90, an additional name fee is charged. 

How far in advance must I request the Jury Book? 
To avoid a rush charge, you must sign up for the Jury Book 72 hours prior to your trial call. 

For what courts is the Jury Book offered? 
We offer the Jury Book for criminal and civil cases in all jurisdictions; however, for district level cases there is an additional charge. 

What is the Jury Book Plus? 
The Jury Book Plus contains all of the information in the Jury Book as well as criminal case history and civil litigation case information. There is an additional Jury Book Plus fee. The Jury Book Plus is not available in all counties.
 
What counties is the Jury Book Plus available in?
Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Orange, Placer, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin, San Mateo and Santa Clara

What is your source of information on the Jurors?
Public records and social media sites.

How do we obtain the list of jurors from the courts?
Before the jurors enter the courtroom, counsel requests an alphabetical or random list from the court clerk. You may fax us the jury panel, e-mail the names to us, or take a picture with a smart-phone or other mobile device and send it to us. 

What is the turnaround time for a Jury Book?
Normally, after we receive the list of jurors from you, we are able to provide the information within 30 minutes. 

Is the Jury Book available to the public?
The Jury Book is only available to current members of the California State Bar Association and Jury Consultants.
